A comprehensive 60-minute session with a psychiatric provider that involves a thorough assessment of your mental health history, family history, and relevant treatment history, current concerns, and unique treatment goals. This comprehensive visit includes a diagnostic evaluation, discussion of current stressors, and medication recommendations if appropriate. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that may incorporate medication, therapy, lifestyle modifications or referrals as appropriate to best support your well-being.
A comprehensive 60-minute supportive therapy sessions offer you the opportunity to thoroughly explore your feelings and challenges. These sessions also include medication management as needed, ensuring your treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs.
A thorough 40-minute session designed to provide supportive therapy, an in-depth review of your medications when appropriate, and focused follow-up on your progress. This appointment addresses your current symptoms, explores effective coping strategies, and helps you set and achieve your treatment goals, all in a confidential and compassionate environment.
A brief 20-minute session designed to review your overall well-being, assess the effectiveness of your current medication, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. This appointment also includes brief supportive therapy to address any immediate concerns and ensure you feel supported throughout your care.
