Meet Dr. Erica Strother, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC 

 Founder and Clinical Director of 

Elysian Integrative Health and Wellness Group. 

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Strother is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Health and Psychiatry, dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care that promotes both physical and mental wellness.

Her passion for caring for others deeply stems from her upbringing. Her grandmother, who was a Home Health Aide, inspired her dedication to compassionate service. She began her healthcare journey working as a Home Health Aide herself, which further fueled her desire to help others. Her commitment to wellness was reinforced when she developed a personal routine to manage the academic and emotional demands of earning 2 degrees simultaneously from 2 different universities, ultimately completing her terminal degree in nursing as a Doctor of Nursing Practice.

At Elysian, we serve adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, unique academic stress faced by college and graduate students, stress management, burnout, compassion fatigue, hormone therapy for men and women, and various other health concerns. Our approach is rooted in empathy, cultural competence, and a nonjudgmental environment, where you feel truly heard and supported. Combining evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy, we tailor each treatment plan to your individual needs, guiding you toward better health, resilience, and overall well-being.

We believe healing is a collaborative journey.
